EMC Hire Ltd was formed in September 1998 to provide the UK with a dedicated company specialising in the short-term hire of RF & EMC related equipment. Also to provide the skilled specialists in advising customers on the right choice of equipment and its deployment.

EMC Hire later acquired all the assets and Staff from the old Electro-Metrics company, which had previously been the industry's number one hire facility, along with their extensive range of the EMCO antennas & OATS hardware.

Today, EMC Hire will also sell you individual items of test gear and can put together complete measuring systems under the control of software. They will also undertake a variety of on-site testing for you such as RF field surveys; shielding effectiveness testing; site attenuation & field uniformity measurement.
