A pre-compliant receiver testing to: CISPR16-1/VDE/EN/FCC/ VCCI. Mains operation. It’s classed as pre-compliant because the correct pulse weighting to CISPR16-1 is achieved only from 10Hz PRF or higher. In many EMC measurement situations this is not an issue.
