A small hand-held electric field probe Measuring 1V/M - 800V/M. In the microwave portion of its bandwidth this equates to 0.027mW/sq.cm to 170mW/sq.cm. The display is an alphanumeric LCD. The device can be “walked around” and readings taken from the face panel. An orthogonal sensor on a 44cm rigid support mounted into the mainframe measures the field. Designed to measure in accordance with the European CENELEC standard for human exposure. Units are registered in Volts/metre – mW/sq.cm – A/Metre. There is an RS232 interface for collected data transfer. Also sees regular use as an integrated system for EN61000-4-3 under s/w control.
