Solar 9229-1 Calibration Loop Sensor. 30Hz - 100kHz

Generally used in conjunction with item 310 the EMCO 7603 Mag Generating coil (or equivalent Solar 9230). The design is in compliance with MIL.Std. 461D and 462D. Method RS-01. Specification for Radiation Susceptibility Testing (magnetic Field). A manual accompanies this sensor coil explaining its use and configuration with item 310 the EMCO 7603 ( shown inset). The manual shows how to generate magnetic fields at various distances along the EMCO 7603 loop axis. It can essentially confirm the field produced from any device where calculation by number of turns, current and distance is unreliable. The device comes with a plastic screw extender to fix the correct distance from the generating coil. This can be seen on the inset photo.
