Model 3141T biconilog is a hybrid linearly polarised antenna and takes measurements from 26MHz to 2GHz in one sweep. The biconilog comprises a Log Periodic Dipole Array (LPDA) and a single “bow-tie” antenna with a “HIGH GAIN FRAME” attached to each bow tie. This frame design effectively exhibits a 5.5dB average improvement between 26 and 80MHz (just where it’s needed). Ideally suitable for EN61000-4-3 Immunity Testing and with “FRAMES” removed it behaves the same as a 3142 (Item 344) handling all Emission Testing. The antenna mounting bracket will fit on to a number of adaptors. The NCTM-155 (Item 806) can be used to set a transmission height of 1.55 metres. Similarly, the 6-TR heavy duty will oblige (Item 805). The AMB-9208/E is used for attaching to a 2 inch sq. mast boom in the receive mode (without frames). Antenna factors, gain, calibration data and method of operation is included with each antenna. Please advise which mount you require.
