Designed for use with such antennas as the EMCO 3141 and other heavies. Manufactured from PVC and fibreglass to make it non-intrusive in RF fields but extremely rugged. The support has three telescopic elements giving a height adjustment of between 1 and 2 metres. Load bearing is of the order 25kg. The horizontal boom element is 51mm square and 2 metres long. A series of clamp mounts are available to suit most antennas and cable supports (see Items 840-849). The device can operate both inside and outdoors. The spreader feet are detachable. This device was designed for the fully anechoic room where a heavy bilog is to be supported with a height of 1.55 metres and a 90 degree polarisation swing. Weight: 19kgm
