Chamber Field Uniformity Measurement above 1GHz where the Independent Windows method is employed. Price will be dependent upon how many independent windows are required and the upper frequency. This method is popular above 1GHz because the microwave power is often limited and directing the antenna beam specifically over a reduced area enables a higher field to be achieved along with a more uniform distribution over that area. The downside is that the test time is increased with each window having to be swept in the two polarisations. But if irradiating say, a floor standing console, a high degree of confidence can be achieved by knowing that the total face of the console has been covered.
