Product description
A high precision signal source from Rohde & Schwarz. High output power with accurate level setting, high spectral purity and excellent pulse modulation make the SMP-04 a versatile rf & microwave signal source.
Shipped with a choice of either a “K”(f) and/or precision “N”(f) connector (either connector is RPC interfaced onto the actual mainframe). A small accessory box contains the other adaptor.
If using the generator only up to 18GHz then inform the Hire department who will configure the o/p adaptor for you. Avoid using the small K-type adaptor, if only working up to 18GHz. Hanging weighty Utiflex cables onto that type of connector can cause extensive damage. Section 700 will supply all the likely microwave cables, if required.
