The model 9200B is a microprocessor based RF millivoltmeter that is capable of measuring RF voltage levels from 200uVolts to 3 volts over the frequency range of 10kHz-1.2GHz. The measured RF levels can be displayed directly in: mV; dBV; dBmV; dBm across any impedance between 5ohm and 2.5Kohm. The 9200B has two independent measuring channels and with this item are supplied two type 952002 RF sampling probes fitted with BNC male ends. The instrument sees most service in the EMC arena as a power measuring device coupled to a dual directional coupler feeding some transducer. The instrument interfaces via IEEE-488(GPIB). Selection of operating modes is via keyboard entry on the front panel. The probe lead exit is via the front panel. All of the Iimmunity software programs we supply have the drivers already installed for this device. NOTE: When interpreted as a power meter for use with EN61000-4-3, for example, it is presumed that the load is nominally 50ohm with a VSWR of not greater than 1.8:1 as the probes are not thermal devices but are reading voltage. However, it is a dual directional device which means reverse power is also monitored. The Hirer may want to hire a Bi-directional coupler to complete the measuring system (Items 665-676).
