1. Logistics & Rapid Response
Do you deliver same day?
Yes. We provide a same day service and aim to despatch goods immediately. Using dedicated couriers or our own fleet, we can get equipment to you when you need it most (additional charges apply).
Is there a delivery fee?
Fees vary based on equipment type and value. Overseas clients should request a quotation, as some exports require ATA carnets and specialist packaging.
Do you supply digital calibration certificates?
Yes. Once your order is placed, we email all necessary documentation, including handbooks, datasheets, and calibration certificates.
2. Lab Hire, Self-Testing & Training
Do I need to be an EMC expert to hire the lab?
Not at all. Our engineers provide informal, side-by-side training. We assist with initial setup and show you exactly how to operate the instruments, ensuring you are productive from the start.
Can I perform full compliance testing myself?
Yes. Our facilities and calibrated equipment support full compliance testing for final certification (UKCA, CE, etc.).
Can you help set up the equipment?
Yes. We can arrange for an engineer to provide on-site setup and instruction or offer virtual support via telephone or video call (additional charges apply).
Do you have your own EMC test software?
We use several OEM applications, including Raditeq (formerly DARE) Radimation software and EMtest ISO control. We can assist in the use remotely or on-site and offer training if required.
Can we fix issues on-site if our product fails a test?
Absolutely. A primary advantage of our test facility is the ability to troubleshoot and modify your prototype immediately. Our seasoned engineers are available to pivot from coaching to expert consultancy if needed.
3. Equipment Rental & Sales
What is the minimum hire period?
There is a minimum hire period of 2 days, subject to a minimum charge of £75.00 (excluding carriage).
Is there a maximum hire period?
There is no maximum hire period. The longer the hire duration, the lower the daily hire rate becomes.
What if I need to extend my hire?
Please contact us 24 hours before your hire ends. We can usually extend the duration depending on equipment availability.
Do you sell equipment?
Yes, we are the UK distributor for Fischer and Electro-Metrics.
Do you provide full system packages?

4. Technical Support & Consultancy
Can you help identify the right equipment for a specific standard?
Yes. Contact us to speak to an engineer; they can guide you through the requirements for various commercial, automotive, and defence standards.
What technical support do you provide during a hire?
Our in-house engineers are available via phone or email to assist with setup and basic troubleshooting. For more complex projects, we offer remote login support via Teams or QuickAssist to help you configure software and hardware in real-time.
Do you provide EMC consultancy?
Yes. In partnership with WEMEC Ltd, we provide specialists who assist with standards interpretation, design guidance, and complex problem resolution.
5. Compliance & Accounts
Is your equipment UKAS calibrated?
Our equipment is either UKAS or in-house calibrated to manufacturer specifications.
Do you hold ISO 9001 accreditation?
Yes, we hold ISO 9001 Certification & UKAS Accreditation, ensuring a high standard of quality management.
How do I open a 30-day account?
Contact us with your VAT number and registered address. Upon a successful credit check, we can typically open your account within 24 hours.
