Kit assembled by EMCH to enable the communication and 10MHz clocks of receivers and Signal Generators to be interlinked from inside and outside shielded chambers via a non-conductive fibre optic.( Coaxial link-ups would compromise the whole shielding integrity). A short BNC coaxial cable connects from the “ OSC OUT” at rear of the receiver (master) to the fibre coverter which is mains powered via a small plug-in unit. The fibre can be then fed and plugs into the second converter turning the clock signal back into an electrical coaxial connection via a short cable to the signal generator (slave). Useful between inside & outside of chambers.
