The Electro-Metrics PMA-11 is a passive E-field monopole antenna designed for low-frequency electric field measurements. It can be mounted on a tripod or stand for flexible test setups.

Where would this be used? The PMA-11 is primarily used for Radiated Emissions testing to measure electric field emissions generated by the Equipment Under Test (EUT). Operating over a frequency range of 20 Hz to 50 kHz, it is particularly suited for power line measurement applications. The antenna is used alongside the EMC-11/ESS (item 104/121) or other compatible low-frequency receivers to detect and evaluate AF noise and low-frequency electric field signals. It complies with the relevant military standards, including IEEE Std. 368-1977 (Section 9, Probe Wire Method) and IEEE Std. 644-1979.
